A car rental booking can only confirm reservations according to the vehicle category and not the car model. If the booked vehicle category is not available, you will automatically upgrade to a higher category without any extra charges.

From Heraklion Airport or Port, as well as from Hotels in Heraklion, delivery and and collection will be free of charge. For all other locations an extra charge may apply depending on the location.

If the customer loses or damages the car key, has to pay for the replacement key. The customer prepays the money in advance before receiving the second key, plus any other costs to get the replacement keys in his hands.

Please return the car with the same fuel as you picked up.

We are open from 07.30 in the morning continuously until 22.00 in the evening every day.

All local taxes and V.A.T. are included in the price.

Minimum age requirement for groups A-B-B1-D is 19 years old. For all other groups 22 years old according the agreement with our company.

Drivers must have a valid driving license for at least one year. Driving licenses from EUROPEAN UNION - AMERICA - CANADA - SWITZERLAND - ISRAEL - RUSSIA - UNITED KINGDOM - UKRAINE are accepted by our Company.
According to Allianz Insurance policy, all valid driving licences issued by any country are accepted, provided that the comply with the applicable legal requirements.

All traffic violations are at the renter responsibility and have to be paid by the renter.

Full Insurance Premium (With No Risk)
Provides full insurance coverage and no extra guarantee amount is required.
For categories A, B, B1, C, C1, and D, the cost is 8 euros per day.
For categories D1, E, E1, and E2, the cost is 12 euros per day.
For categories G, G1, H, K, and L, the cost is 15 euros per day.
For categories F and F1, the cost is 18 euros per day.

Insurance coverage ceases to apply in the event that the customer violates the Traffic Code.

 

Full Insurance Special (With Didactable)
The rental price includes Special Insurance (with an excess), for which no security deposit is required.

 

For groups A, B, B1, C, C1, and D, the deductible amount is 300 euros.
For groups D1, E, E1, and E2, the deductible amount is 450 euros.
For groups G, G1, and H, the deductible amount is 600 euros.
For groups K and L, the deductible amount is 750 euros.
For groups F and F1, the deductible amount is 750 euros.

 

Damages to the lower part of the vehicle are not covered by any insurance, as well the tires of the vehicle. The driver is not covered from the insurance in case that he drives under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In case a customer causes an accident our company is not obligated to replace the vehicle.
